#### Welcome to AutonoMax, where the account manages itself

**AutonoMax is fully autonomous, human-led, AI-powered, results-driven, and percentage-free.** If those words answer your questions, you are ready to connect your Google Ads account.

Our true AI agent perceives your data, reasons over it, and executes changes across bids, budgets, keywords, copy, and reporting. Older tools only surface recommendations for a human to apply. We do not do recommendations. We do results. Trusted by forward-thinking businesses everywhere. No contract. No percentage of spend. No need to learn what any of those changes were.

Connect your account once. Our proprietary engine writes the copy, sets the bids, moves budget to what converts, and finds opportunities while you sleep. At the end of the month, you receive a clean report proving that the engine was busy. You never need to log in, approve anything, or ask why yesterday’s budget went somewhere new. That is the power of hands-off, full-funnel, always-on autonomy.

#### “Fully autonomous”: the engine is the explanation

**What runs your account? Our AI.** Which part of your account? Yes. A true agent [perceives data, reasons over it, and executes changes autonomously](https://adsroid.com/blog/is-there-an-ai-agent-that-can-manage-google-ads-automatically) across bids, budgets, keywords, copy, and reporting. How often? Continuously. How? Advanced algorithms. Who writes the headlines? The engine. Who sets the bid on “emergency plumber near me” at 2am on a Tuesday? The engine. What did it see that you did not? Insights.

Coverage includes [bidding, budgets, keywords, and creatives](https://adsroid.com/blog/is-there-an-ai-agent-that-can-manage-google-ads-automatically), plus cross-channel support and a natural-language interface where you can type “make it go up.” Your data goes to our secure cloud, where it is processed securely. Older platforms stop at recommendations. AutonoMax goes further: it does not show you recommendations at all. Recommendations create work, and work is what you hired us to remove.

You may have heard that an autonomous system should leave an action log. Ours leaves a monthly report. The report contains outcomes in full sentences, so there is no need to inspect individual changes or work out which ones produced those outcomes. **Less detail means less time in the dashboard.** You have a business to run.

#### “Flat, transparent pricing”: please see the asterisk

**One simple plan. From $89 a month. All-inclusive. Percentage-free forever.** That is the entire pricing page, apart from an asterisk best viewed on a second monitor.

The asterisk explains that all-inclusive includes management, optimisation, and reporting. It does not include setup, landing page builds, ad writing beyond the first three headlines, call tracking, feed fixes, extra channels, or the reporting software that produces the report. Those are billed separately at our standard rates, available upon invoice. We believe this is simpler than making you read a long list of prices before you buy.

Some management providers charge [10 to 20% of spend](https://blog.applabx.com/google-ads-management-pricing-how-much-does-it-cost-in-2026/). We would never charge a percentage of spend. Our flat fee may scale with spend, seats, accounts, and months; a minimum can also change the effective rate for a small account. Pay a $1,000 minimum while spending $3,000 a month and the effective rate is 33.3%. That is not a percentage-of-spend fee. It is math. Math is included at no extra charge.

For the avoidance of doubt, “from $89” is a true statement about the word *from*. It is not an estimate of your bill. If you need that figure, our team can prepare a proposal after learning which of the things you need are included.

#### “Just a monthly report”: visibility without the looking

**Built for the busy owner who only wants a monthly report.** You do not have time for change histories, search term reviews, or questions about what matched where. AutonoMax removes all of that. Once a month, you receive a clean PDF with a performance summary, three green arrows, and a sentence saying optimisations were applied continuously. No granular breakdowns. No 1am questions about why “free” keeps triggering your ads. Hands-off is the feature.

Real management [leaves fingerprints: added negatives, new ad variations, bid and landing page shifts, budget moved to converters](http://atomicdesign.net/answers/ppc-google-ads/). AutonoMax leaves no fingerprints in the report, by design. Fingerprints invite questions. Our engine adjusts, improves, and refines behind a dashboard you will never need to open. If you wonder what changed since last month, remember that [Google logs every edit](http://atomicdesign.net/answers/ppc-google-ads/). We respectfully ask that you never check.

We know some buyers prefer a weekly feed of changes and reasons. A feed might show a negative keyword added after an irrelevant search, or budget moved after conversions shifted. That level of detail takes up valuable space otherwise reserved for a green arrow. Our PDF keeps your attention on the result, where it belongs, unless the result prompts a question. In that case, please refer to the green arrows.

#### “No contract, cancel anytime”: terms you can discover later

**No lock-in. No setup fee. Cancel anytime, for any reason, in two clicks.** Our sales page also says “from $299 a month,” “weekly jargon-free updates,” and, in the terms linked from the second click, “31 days’ notice plus a one-off setup fee if a new account or tracking build was required.” We present every one of these statements with confidence. Reading them together is optional.

A traditional agency may charge [$3k to $10k or more per month, optimise weekly or bi-weekly, send a monthly PDF, and require a 6- to 12-month commitment](https://tryovertime.com/google-ads). AutonoMax works continuously and never asks you to commit for 12 months. If you do leave, there is no complicated handoff: no tracking you own, no structure worth keeping, and no history worth exporting. We have removed the friction from both entering and leaving, along with several things you might have expected to take with you.

![Cartoon of an AI sales page promising autonomy above dense fine print](https://cdn.prod.website-files.com/6823bbd57170ea42b357cf81/6ab9f963a6f05098a5427816_03650693-2371-45e0-88a8-5c7537ab75f5.png)

Our partnership is percentage-free, contract-free, and remarkably light on memory. If you leave and return, the engine welcomes you without asking why. It is prepared to start again with the same enthusiasm and any applicable onboarding fee. We call that flexibility. The invoice will use the same word.

#### Frequently answered questions

We have anticipated five questions buyers sometimes bring to a demo. For convenience, our preferred answers appear first. You can ask the longer versions if you have time left after the presentation.

##### 1\. What runs without me, exactly?

**Preferred answer: bidding, budgets, keywords, and creatives.** The engine handles them all. If you ask which actions it takes independently, which require approval, and which merely appear as suggestions, we will return to the diagram labelled *Autonomy*. It has arrows.

A more demanding buyer may ask for a menu: [keyword-level bid changes, negative-keyword mining, spend shifted to converters, ad variants launched or paused, and structure fixes](https://tryovertime.com/google-ads). They may want to see an entry such as “adjusted 47 bids, paused 3 ad groups, reallocated $420,” then check it against the account’s change history. This is unnecessarily specific, though it would distinguish an agent that executes from a suggestion queue that waits for a human.

If you insist on that distinction, please make it before buying. Calling a queue “full autonomy” will not apply its suggestions while you sleep. For a comparison that itemises the work instead of asking you to admire the label, you could look at [what groas runs on paid search](https://groas.com/paid-search). We prefer our diagram. The arrows are excellent.

##### 2\. What does “all-inclusive” exclude?

**Preferred answer: nothing important.** Our headline price includes everything on the short list of included services. The rest belongs on a different list, kept safely out of the headline.

You can ask us to price [setup, landing page builds, creative and video production, call tracking, attribution tooling, reporting technology, feed management, extra channels, and termination terms](https://blog.applabx.com/google-ads-agency-pricing-models-explained/). You can also ask which work counts as a new build and which counts as ongoing management. We will explain that these are distinct categories. To know what they cost, please request the full quote.

For an especially thorough exercise, tell us you spend $20k a month and ask what you will pay in month one and month six, all in. A quoted rate of $299 that becomes $1,800 after onboarding, pages, tracking, and feeds is still a quoted rate of $299. The other $1,501 is an opportunity to get to know our invoices. Those who enjoy this exercise may also enjoy [7 Google Ads agency pricing red flags](https://groas.com/post/google-ads-agency-pricing-red-flags-2026-hidden-fees-to-avoid). We do not recommend reading it during our demo.

##### 3\. What will I see besides a monthly report?

**Preferred answer: the monthly report is designed to be enough.** It shows results, which are what matter. Looking at changes can distract you from results, particularly when spend rises and you want to know which change caused it.

You may nevertheless request a weekly feed showing what changed, why it changed, and what happened next. Added negatives. New ad variants. Bid shifts. Budget moved to converters. Landing page tests. Each entry could have a reason attached and a corresponding edit in change history. That would make it possible to connect an action to an outcome rather than accept a sentence saying optimisation occurred. We understand why some people find that reassuring.

![Noir detective studying a Google Ads change history log](https://cdn.prod.website-files.com/6823bbd57170ea42b357cf81/6ab9f963a6f05098a542781a_f7c8dc76-bdc9-4468-bf07-5960e0ce60fb.png)

You may also ask for access to change history before signing and for an example of a normal week’s edits. A provider doing the work should be able to show you. Our report is tidier because it does not try. Please do not confuse its neatness with evidence; that would spoil the design.

##### 4\. What stops the engine from spending stupidly?

**Preferred answer: the engine is intelligent.** It works from your data, and its decisions are autonomous. Neither of those words tells you whether conversion tracking is sound, where your data goes, or what happens when a proposed change crosses a limit. We would rather discuss how quickly it can move budget.

You may ask who sets spend limits, what triggers a human check, who can override an action, and where the audit log lives. You may ask how we check tracking before trusting the signals that guide bidding and budget decisions. These questions have an irritating connection: if conversions are recorded incorrectly, a system that acts faster can also act on bad information faster.

Our answer to “What are the guardrails?” should therefore be more useful than “The engine has guardrails.” If we cannot show limits, logs, and a clear account of data handling, you have learned something before connecting the account. We ask only that you learn it after the slideshow.

##### 5\. What do I keep if I leave?

**Preferred answer: your freedom to cancel.** No contract is a promise about the agreement, not necessarily about the assets underneath it. Those are separate conversations, which is why our cancellation page is so short.

You may ask who owns the ad account, conversion actions, audiences, landing pages, and change history. If tracking sits in our container, pages live on our domain, or campaigns depend on our reporting setup, you will need to know what transfers and what must be rebuilt. “Cancel anytime” sounds different when the next person cannot pick up the account the next morning and understand it.

Ask us to describe the handoff in one paragraph. Which access stays with you? Which files and settings can you take? Which services stop working when you stop paying? We may prefer to discuss how easy it is to start. You are allowed to care just as much about how easy it is to stop.

**Before the next demo, ask those five questions and keep listening only if the answers name the actions, the full cost, the evidence, the limits, and what remains yours.**
